Earlier today, I decided to do a little bit of activity since I haven’t done much in the past two days. Even though I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing, I was craving a little bit of activity. So, I decided to do the 20 minute Level 2 Shred with Jillian Michaels. It was challenging and a fantastic 20 minute workout! I love that DVD! Then I played some Wii Fit for a little bit…it has been a while since I’ve played! I did some hula-hooping, yoga, and the ski jump. Wii fit is fun, I should play more often!
Tonight I was craving a nice, green salad! I made a salad with baby spinach, candied walnuts, rotisserie chicken, jersey strawberries, feta cheese, and tossed it with olive oil/balsamic vinegar/salt/pepper.
That is one of my favorite combinations for a salad. I love putting fruit, nuts, & feta in salad! I also had a big plate of peas that my mom had left over and you guessed it, more grapes! I think they are basically gone now. 😦
I’m going to go hang out with the parents for the night. Maybe we’ll watch a movie or something. Have a great night!
