1 lb. Ground Chicken or Turkey Breast
~2 handfuls grated parmesan cheese
~2 handfuls breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt & pepper
little milk depending on consistency
minced garlic
*optional- dried parsley/basil
These meatballs are very easy to make and are much healthier for you than your typical meatball. Place the ground meat in a big bowl and add ingredients. Mix until incorporated making sure not to overmix. Form into balls and place on baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs and bake in a 400 degree oven until cooked through; approximately 20 minutes depending on the size of your meatballs.
Alternatively, you may cook the meatballs on the stovetop in a pan with olive oil.
